Terms And Conditions

Normally we try to make our 100% efforts to provide you the committed hotels agreed in our proposal and in any case if those hotels sold out at the time of booking      then we will provide you the same or above category of hotels. We will not provide you the lower category of hotel. But because of change of hotel, if there will be       any supplement / reduction in cost occurs then client have to bear the same for using the upgrade services.

Normally we offer very selected hotels to our clients for their stay which we are using regularly without any complaints on the basis of reviews & comments of our     previous clients but still every person has their own vision & requirements so please you also check the offered hotel details like their website, category, location,      rating, reviews at your end to avoid any confusion later on and if you want to make any replacements then please inform us before processing the payment. Once the       booked hotels are paid then it cannot be changed and cancellation charges will apply.

Normally we provided the good category of registered hotels in every city but in some of the small cities, hills & remote areas where registered / higher category of     hotels are not available, on these places we provide the best available category of hotels, so please co-operate in such places and understand that there is no      possibilities of registered / higher category of hotels here and this has to be understood and no need to be explained it to you. However you can ask us about any       hotel or replacement before booking the tour with us.

Please note, as a Tour Operator we have some special rates, contracts, terms & conditions, payment policies, cancellation policies with all the hotels which we cannot     disclose to the clients and which are completely different from the online hotel deals & policies. So please don't compare us with the online portals which work on      different platform. Yes, but we assure you the best rates from our side.

If you want to change any of the offered hotels then please inform us well in advance at-least 30-45 days before your arrival here because once hotels are paid then      its non changeable and any change will attract charges. And after arriving in India or during the tour here, hotels are non changeable and charges will apply for any       type of changes and that also depending upon the availability of desired or alternate hotels.

By sending you proposal does not mean that we are holding any bookings for you. After your written confirmation and advance payment only we start making the       reservations.

The personal nature of expenses are always on the clients side and not include in our package cost unless & until mention by us in our tour cost inclusions part. For       example Telephone Call Charges, Drinks, Laundry, Meals, Tip etc.

Any cost which occurs due to any factor beyond our control like natural disasters, flight / train cancellation or delays, transport break-down, curfews, road jam,      political problems will be bear by the client itself. Because we are not responsible for these kind of unwanted situations. But yes, every kind of help & support will be       provided by our office to you to find out the best solution for any problem.

Distances / Driving hours mentioned in our proposal are on an average basis only. And it could be affected because of road conditions / transport size / toilet breaks       / refreshment breaks requested by the client during the road journeys.

If you are traveling during the Christmas & New Year period then most of the hotels organize a mandatory Gala Dinner for their staying guests and which is always       additional and not included in our tour cost. This Gala Dinner charges you can pay directly to the hotels also as per actual.

All the costing & quotations offered to you are always calculated on basis of today’s rate of hotels, transport rates, guide charges, monument fees cost, fuel cost,     government tax basis and in-between any increase in the cost of anything will automatically increase the offered cost and will be born by the client itself. We will       inform you if any increase in cost ( with documentary proof ) and you have to pay the difference to us as per new tariffs introduced.

Normally in our proposal we offer the cost in foreign currency for you to understand easily and on the same time we also mention the in Indian rupee also. Because      the foreign currency keep fluctuating every day so our rupee price will be considered as the base price and you have make the payment equitant to the mentioned       Indian rupee cost in our offer.

All disputes will be solved under jurisdiction of Honorable Delhi Court only.

You have to follow the above mentioned payment policy, cancellation policy, terms & conditions as per our company rules.

Please note, maximum hotels provide the wifi facility on complimentary basis but few hotels provide it on chargeable basis also, so please follow the hotels policy on     wifi connection because is decided by the management of each hotel and we don’t have any role in this decision. If you want 24 hours internet service then please      purchase your own personal SIM card so that you can use internet round the clock.

Every foreign tourist coming to India must has to take a valid tourist visa for India before entering the country here. Now a days India is offering the e-visa application      facility to the residents of maximum countries which you can apply 4 months before entering to India. And your passport must have 6 months validity and 2 blank for      the India visa stamping purpose at Indian immigration counter. Strictly we do not have any role in visa approval as this all depends only and only on Indian immigration      department.

No Air Condition will be on in vehicle during the hill station journey because that affect the performance of the vehicle, so please force the driver for the same.

Air condition running time at Deluxe Houseboats at Alleppey is from 9 Pm to 7 Am in the morning and Air conditioning will be available in the bedroom area only.
