➤ If you cancel your booking before 60 days of your arrival date then there 15% cancellation charged on the total tour package cost.

➤ If you cancel your booking from 59 - 30 days before your arrival date then there will be 25% cancellation charged on total tour package cost.

➤ If you cancel your booking from 29 - 15 days before your arrival date then there will be 40% cancellation charged on total tour package cost.

➤ If you cancel your booking from 14 - 3 days before your arrival date then there will be 50% cancellation charged on total package cost.

➤ In case of cancellation within 3 days of arrival date it will be considered as NO SHOW and there will be 100% cancellation charged of total amount of tour package       cost.

➤ Air-Tickets cancellation will be charged actual as per airline rules. Also note, that every airline has their own cancellation policy. And few airlines offered non       refundable fares and if you cancel any non refundable issued ticket then no refund will be provided to you against the non refundable ticket.

➤ If you cancel the trip then no refund will be provided against the non refundable service & items we already booked & paid for you on your behalf.

➤ After making advance payment if any customer cancel their trip and we have to refund the money in their bank, then bank charges for sending money to the       customers account will be born by the customer itself. We will send you the refund amount (if applicable) after deducting the bank charges for money transfer.
